As a nonprofit, our goal is to provide a shelter that offers hope, a loving and compassionate atmosphere, and a path to renewal. Through our upscale thrift boutique, every purchase and donation supports this mission of community impact and restoration.

Meet Amanda Roberson

Amanda Roberson is the heart behind Holy Chic Upscale Thrift Boutique. A Culpeper native with a passion for serving others, she created Holy Chic as more than a store—it’s a space where fashion meets faith and where the community can find both style and hope.

As the owner of Holy Chic and founder of its nonprofit mission under The Lord’s Christian Women’s Center and Shelter, Amanda is dedicated to building a boutique with purpose. Every item donated supports her vision of a safe, compassionate future shelter—one designed to restore lives and offer second chances.
